Rapper Medikal has given fans a peek into his close bond with Shatta Wale, whom he described as his “realest” friend.
In an interview on TV3, and monitored by MyNewsGH, host Anita Akufo Addo asked him about the unique relationship they share, noting how Medikal often speaks highly of Shatta Wale.
“That’s my blood, the realest. He’s always been there for me,” Medikal said.
The rapper explained why he holds Shatta Wale in such high regard. “He’s real, honest, and loyal. He keeps it 100% with me and doesn’t hide anything.
“I reciprocate that energy. It’s natural,” Medikal added, reaffirming the authenticity of their friendship.
Anita then shifted the conversation to Medikal’s personal life, particularly a rumour about him having a second child.
Medikal quickly shot down the rumour, saying, “I don’t have a second baby.”
He did confirm, however, that there is a “first lady” in his life, joking that in Ghana, there’s always a first lady alongside the president.
As the conversation continued, Medikal playfully referenced his earlier tweet about someone being “the most beautiful girl in the world.”
“There’s always a first lady,” he said with a smile, keeping fans guessing about his personal life.
